This three hour workshop, open to all instrumentalists and singers, is a terrific introduction to Body Mapping.
Specific attention will be given to the following:
*Finding balance with our instruments
*Ease and fluidity in technique
*Freedom in breathing
*Overall improved awareness of how and what we do as musicians, to avoid injury and enhance performances

This workshop is ideal for anyone wishing to refine what they already know, as well as for those new to Body Mapping, needing to re-map what was previously mis-mapped,. Learn what you can do to avoid injury and overuse.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your instruments.
