Sarah is a performer and teacher currently on the voice faculty at Concordia Conservatory in Bronxville, NY.  She has presented workshops and master classes for organizations including the Voice Foundation, Washington National Opera, the National Association of Teachers of Singing, and the Royal School of Church Music, and New York’s CAP 21, as well as music schools throughout the country.  Trained in voice science at Johns Hopkins Hospital, she also holds a certification in Pilates matwork and is a longtime student of the Alexander Technique and Anusara/Iyengar yoga.  Sarah brings this broad range of experience to her collaboration with voice doctors and speech-language pathologists to assist singers in recovering from vocal injury.  She is a member of NATS, NYSTA, the Voice Foundation, and MENC, and currently serves as Vice-President of NATS-NYC.

Sarah works with singers, voice teachers, professional speakers, and choral conductors to develop and insure healthy voice use.  She provides clear information about the use of the body in singing in order to promote technical facility; to encourage the development of authentic artistry; and to provide useful tools for practice and self-study.  Based in metropolitan New York, she is available for workshops and individual coaching.
